For a long time, I focused only on aesthetics. But everything changed when I became a dad.
Playing with my son made me see what really matters. Moving well, feeling strong, and having the energy to live fully.
That moment shifted my whole approach to training.

I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and a Mind Pump–certified specialist with experience working in a major commercial gym before opening my own private studio.
My background has given me strong, hands-on experience helping people train safely and effectively.
Along with my fitness certifications, I am also a Registered Respiratory Therapist, which means I bring a deeper understanding of human physiology, breathing, and functional health to every training session.
I also serve as a volunteer firefighter, which strengthens my commitment to helping others and staying physically prepared for real-world demands.
